Biography
Marjan Mortazavi (b. 1979, Abadan) is an Iranian painter and illustrator whose practice explores poetic and imaginative imagery through painting. Her works often combine expressive colour, simplified forms and symbolic elements to create atmospheric scenes that move between the familiar and the dreamlike. Her practice includes painting and illustration, with her work exhibited in Iran and internationally.
